As we approach Easter and the celebration of the resurrection, we will be looking at the significance of the cross within the context of scripture. The sermons lean heavily on the work that N.T. Wright put into his book The Day The Revolution Began, emphasizing the importance of understanding the cross in the context of all of scripture.

There are certainly unanswered questions that bubble up because historically, Christianity has a tendency to use scripture to answer questions that people are asking rather than looking at the questions that are raised in scripture and then connecting the events in scripture to then answer those questions.
